ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,421,095, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to The High Culture LLC (Roseville, Calif.).
"Particulate funnel device" was invented by Krysta Weikel (Roseville, Calif.) and John Dingwall (Sacramento, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A cone-filling device comprising an outer funnel removably connected to a trapping unit, further comprising an outer ring, an inner ring and a plurality of connecting members extending radially inward connect with said inner ring substantially concentrically. In some embodiments the inner and/or outer rings can be selectively replaceable such that the device can be user configurable."
