According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Magnetic resonance imaging ("MRI") using a PROPELLER echo-planar time-resolved imaging with dynamic encoding ("PEPTIDE") scheme is described. The PEPTIDE scheme combines a PROPELLER-style trajectory with an echo-planar time-resolved imaging ("EPTI") acquisition framework, along with dynamic-updating of sensitivity-encoding information."
