ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,497,446, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to The Feinstein Institutes For Medical Research (Manhasset, N.Y.).

"Tetranectin-targeting monoclonal antibodies to fight against lethal sepsis and other pathologies" was invented by Haichao Wang (Edison, N.J.), Weiqiang Chen (Garden City, N.Y.), Jian Hua Li (New York) and Kevin J. Tracey (Old Greenwich, Conn.).
