US Patent Issued to The Diablo Canyon Collective on March 11 for "Earphone software and hardware" (British, American Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,248,730, issued on March 11, was assigned to The Diablo Canyon Collective LLC (Wilmington, Del.).

"Earphone software and hardware" was invented by John Usher (Beer, Great Britain) and John P. Keady (Fairfax Station, Va.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "At least one exemplary embodiment is directed to a method of earphone feature control by using a graphic user interface on a device linked to the earphone."

The patent was filed on Dec. 27, 2023, under Application No. 18/397,780.
