ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,450,403, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to The Boeing Co. (Arlington, Va.).

"Method and tool for modeling changes in solid materials caused by galvanic or chemical interactions" was invented by Richard J. Thompson (Huntsville, Ala.) and Kristen S. Williams (Madison, Ala.).
