ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,476,710, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to The Boeing Co. (Arlington, Va.).

"Analog amplitude noise modulation to communicate information" was invented by Wayne Richard Howe (Irvine, Calif.) and Jeffrey H. Hunt (Los Angeles).

A communications system comprising a computer system and a communications manager.
