ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,344,365, issued on July 1, was assigned to The Boeing Co. (Arlington, Va.).

"Electric propulsor with folding propeller" was invented by Felipe Bohorquez (Cambridge, Mass.) and Francesco Giannini (Falls Church, Va.).
