ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,365,626, issued on July 22, was assigned to THE BOEING COMPANY (Arlington, Va.) and WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY (Pullman, Wash.).

"Permeable pavement system including a permeable pavement composition and a related method" was invented by Karl Richard Englund (Moscow, Idaho), Somayeh Nassiri (Pullman, Wash.), Liv Martha Haselbach (Galveston, Texas), Hui Li (Pullman, Wash.), Haifang Wen (Pullman, Wash.) and Kenneth W. Fischer (Issaquah, Wash.).
