ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,306,280, issued on May 20, was assigned to The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University (Stanford, Calif.).

"Magnetic resonance imaging using 3D spoiled gradient-recalled sequence" was invented by Zheng Zhong (Houston), Christopher Michael Sandino (Menlo Park, Calif.) and Shreyas S. Vasanawala (Stanford, Calif.).
