ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 31 -- United States Patent no. 12,510,146, issued on Dec. 30, was assigned to Textron Innovations Inc. (Providence, R.I.).

"Continuously variable transmission cooling" was invented by Hunter Scott Davis (Orlando, Fla.).
