US Patent Issued to Tencent America on Sept. 23 for "Scaled intra reference picture" (Pennsylvania, California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,425,616, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to Tencent America LLC (Palo Alto, Calif.).

"Scaled intra reference picture" was invented by Xiaozhong Xu (State College, Pa.), Xin Zhao (San Jose, Calif.) and Shan Liu (San Jose, Calif.).
