"Low noise amplifier circuit" was invented by Pete Sivonen (Raisio, Finland), Jarkko Jussila (Turku, Finland) and Sami Vilhonen (Lieto, Finland).

The amplifier comprises a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor and a fourth transistor.
