"Method for accessing a cellular communications network in unlicensed spectrum" was invented by Johan Axnas (Solna, Sweden), Stephen Grant (Pleasanton, Calif.), Jung-Fu Cheng (Fremont, Calif.), David Sugirtharaj (Lund, Sweden) and Johan Rune (Lidingo, Sweden).
