ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,465,187, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to Techtronic Floor Care Technology Ltd. (Tortola, British Virgin Islands).
"Surface cleaner" was invented by Somnanritha Chan (Matthews, N.C.), Rafael Davila (Kannapolis, N.C.), Michael Dawson (Huntersville, N.C.) and Jeremy Hansen (Huntersville, N.C.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A surface cleaner configured to distribute a liquid to a surface to be cleaned. The surface cleaner includes a supply tank and a recovery tank that are removable from the surface cleaner."
