ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,018, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Technical Packaging Systems Inc. (Kalamazoo, Mich.).

"Cartridge filler and capping machine for filling and capping cartridges with consumable fluids" was invented by Steve Scafaria (Kalamazoo, Mich.), Derek Nelson (Stevensville, Mich.) and Tammy Lui (Mendon, Mich.).
