ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,451,515, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to TDK Corp. (Tokyo).
"Solid electrolyte layer and all-solid-state battery using same" was invented by Tomoko Nakamura (Tokyo), Hisashi Suzuki (Tokyo) and Keiko Takeuchi (Tokyo).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A solid electrolyte layer having a solid electrolyte and carbon, in which a dispersion degree (CV value) of the carbon measured by a quadrat method in a cross section of the solid electrolyte layer is more than zero and less than one."
The patent was filed on Nov. 11, 2020, under Application No. 17/775,624.
