"Multilayer filter" was invented by Yuta Ashida (Tokyo), Shuhei Sawaguchi (Tokyo), Masahiro Tatematsu (Tokyo), Keigo Shibuya (Tokyo), Tomonori Terui (Tokyo) and Tetsuzo Goto (Tokyo).
