ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,334,265, issued on June 17, was assigned to TDK Corp. (Tokyo).

"Electronic component having the dielectric film not covers a corner part of the lower electrode" was invented by Kazuhiro Yoshikawa (Tokyo), Kenichi Yoshida (Tokyo) and Takashi Ohtsuka (Tokyo).
