US Patent Issued to TDK on June 10 for "Coil component and wireless power transmission device having the same" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,328,011, issued on June 10, was assigned to TDK Corp. (Tokyo).

"Coil component and wireless power transmission device having the same" was invented by Takuya Yoshida (Tokyo), Noritaka Chiyo (Tokyo), Michihisa Tokui (Tokyo), Kentaro Kamiyama (Tokyo) and Daiki Yamane (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a substrate, and a planar spiral coil pattern provided on the surface of the substrate. The coil pattern has a circularity higher in its inner shape than in its outer shape."
