ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,379,255, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to TDK Corp. (Tokyo).

"Electromagnetic wave sensor" was invented by Shinji Hara (Tokyo), Naoki Ohta (Tokyo), Susumu Aoki (Tokyo), Eiji Komura (Tokyo) and Maiko Shirokawa (Tokyo).
