ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,484,369, issued on Nov. 25, was assigned to TCL TECHNOLOGY GROUP Corp. (Huizhou, China).

"Composite material and quantum dot light emitting diode" was invented by Huijun Qin (Huizhou, China).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A composite material includes a light-emitting quantum dot, and a first ligand a second ligand bound on a surface of the light-emitting quantum dot.
