US Patent Issued to TCL TECHNOLOGY GROUP on Jan. 20 for "Nanomaterial, preparation method thereof, and quantum dot light-emitting diode" (Chinese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,532,600, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to TCL TECHNOLOGY GROUP Corp. (Huizhou, China).

"Nanomaterial, preparation method thereof, and quantum dot light-emitting diode" was invented by Xingyuan Ma (Huizhou, China), Wei Xu (Huizhou, China) and Jianxin Zhang (Huizhou, China).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A nanomaterial includes a core and an outer shell. The core includes ZnO nanoparticles and a metal element doped in the ZnO nanoparticles. The outer shell includes a metal oxide."
