US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on Sept. 9 for "High performance image sensor" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,414,400, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"High performance image sensor" was invented by Tung-Ting Wu (Taipei, Taiwan), Jhy-Jyi Sze (Hsin-Chu, Taiwan) and Yimin Huang (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
