US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on Sept. 2 for "Pixel array including dark pixel sensors" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,407,809, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Pixel array including dark pixel sensors" was invented by Feng-Chien Hsieh (Pingtung, Taiwan), Yun-Wei Cheng (Taipei, Taiwan) and Kuo-Cheng Lee (Tainan, Taiwan).
