US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on Sept. 16 for "Three-dimensional memory array with local line selector" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,419,054, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Three-dimensional memory array with local line selector" was invented by Chen-Jun Wu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Yu-Wei Jiang (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Sheng-Chih Lai (Hsinchu County, Taiwan).
