ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,445,135, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LTD. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
"Circuit, chip and semiconductor device" was invented by Chao Chieh Li (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chia-Chun Liao (Taipei, Taiwan), Min-Shueh Yuan (Taipei, Taiwan) and Chih-Hsien Chang (New Taipei, Taiwan).
