US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on May 20 for "Thermally tunable waveguide and photonic integrated circuit component having the same" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,306,436, issued on May 20, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Thermally tunable waveguide and photonic integrated circuit component having the same" was invented by Feng-Wei Kuo (Hsinchu County, Taiwan) and Wen-Shiang Liao (Miaoli County, Taiwan).
