ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,308,078, issued on May 20, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"One-time programmable (OTP) memory and method of operating the same" was invented by Kuo-Pin Chang (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Kuo-Ching Huang (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
