US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on June 10 for "Differential sensing with biofet sensors" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,326,416, issued on June 10, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Differential sensing with biofet sensors" was invented by Ching-Hui Lin (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Chun-Ren Cheng (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Shih-Fen Huang (Jhubei, Taiwan) and Fu-Chun Huang (Zhubei, Taiwan).
