ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,499,935, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LTD. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
