ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,381,540, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Sensing circuit and sensing method thereof" was invented by Tung-Tsun Chen (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Ruey-Bin Sheen (Taichung, Taiwan), Chih-Hsien Chang (New Taipei, Taiwan) and Cheng-Hsiang Hsieh (Taipei, Taiwan).
