ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,393,044, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY LTD. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
