ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,369,078, issued on July 22, was assigned to T-Mobile USA Inc. (Bellevue, Wash.).

"Handover between non-standalone and standalone networks" was invented by Wafik Abdel Shahid (Kenmore, Wash.), Ming Shan Kwok (Seattle), Yasmin Karimli (Kirkland, Wash.) and Thomas P. Lucht (Seattle).
