"Programming system for tire pressure monitoring sensor and method for programming" was invented by Shih-Yao Lin (Taipei, Taiwan) and Chih-Wei Yu (Taipei, Taiwan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A programming system includes a programming tool and a tire pressure monitoring sensor. The programming tool automatically chooses proper programming steps according to the verification code to record programs into the compatible tire pressure monitoring sensors so as to improve the shortcoming of manual choosing and recording the correct brand programs."
