ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 17 -- United States Patent no. PP36,963, issued on Sept. 16, was assigned to Syngenta Crop Protection AG (Basel, Switzerland).
"Pelargonium plant named 'PEQZ0104'" was invented by Ronald Christiaan Snijder (Enkhuizen, Netherlands).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new Pelargonium plant named 'PEQZ0104' particularly distinguished by light rose colored inflorescences with a large vivid red spot in the middle of the floret, held above medium green foliage, on a mounding plant."
The patent was filed on July 18, 2023, under Application No. 18/223,080.
