ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,274,784, issued on April 15, was assigned to SYNERGENE THERAPEUTICS INC. (Potomac, Md.) and GEORGETOWN UNIVERSITY (Washington).

"Methods for reducing side effects of immunotherapy" was invented by Esther H. Chang (Potomac, Md.), Joe B. Harford (Potomac, Md.) and Sang Soo Kim (Rockville, Md.).
