US Patent Issued to SYNAFFIX on April 22 for "Synthesis of 6-azido-6-deoxy-2-n-acetyl-hexosamine-nucleoside diphosphate" (Dutch Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,135, issued on April 22, was assigned to SYNAFFIX B.V. (Oss, Netherlands).

"Synthesis of 6-azido-6-deoxy-2-n-acetyl-hexosamine-nucleoside diphosphate" was invented by Jorin Hoogenboom (Oss, Netherlands), Maria Antonia Wijdeven (Oss, Netherlands), Jorge Merijn Mathieu Verkade (Oss, Netherlands), Floris Louis Van Delft (Oss, Netherlands) and Sander Sebastiaan Van Berkel (Oss, Netherlands).
