ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,486,363, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to SYENSQO SPECIALTY POLYMERS USA LLC (Alpharetta, Ga.).
"Process for preparing a polysulfone (PSU) polymer" was invented by Atul Bhatnagar (Alpharetta, Ga.), Gregory Goschy (Cumming, Ga.), Chantal Louis (Alpharetta, Ga.) and David B. Thomas (Milton, Ga.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to a process for preparing a polysulfone (PSU) polymer having a low yellowness index (YI). The present disclosure also relates to a PSU obtained from this process, as well as to articles incorporating this PSU."
