ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,409,253, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Surmodics Inc. (Eden Prairie, Minn.).
"Low particulate lubricious coating with vinyl pyrrolidone and acidic polymer-containing layers" was invented by David E. Babcock (Brooklyn Park, Minn.), Timothy M. Kloke (Victoria, Minn.) and Joseph S. McGonigle (Minneapolis).
