"Instrument bourne optical time of flight kinematic position sensing system for precision targeting and methods of surgery" was invented by Quang-Viet Nguyen (Aldie, Va.), Ian P. Kay (Fairlawn, Ohio), David B. Kay (Akron, Ohio), Bryan Den Hartog (St. Paul, Minn.) and Richard Frank (Newtonville, Mass.).
