ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,447,119, issued on Oct. 21, was assigned to SUNSTAR AMERICAS INC. (Schaumburg, Ill.).
"Oral care composition" was invented by Kana Hashimoto (Mount Prospect, Ill.) and Toru Saito (Buffalo Grove, Ill.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An oral care composition including a base composition, and a nonionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of a monoglyceride, a diglyceride, and a combination thereof in an amount of about 0.5% to about 5.0% by weight of the oral care composition."
The patent was filed on March 16, 2020, under Application No. 16/820,166.
