"Optical waveguide element, optical modulation device using optical waveguide element, and optical transmission device using optical waveguide element" was invented by Yuki Kugimoto (Tokyo), Yumi Murata (Tokyo), Yu Kataoka (Tokyo) and Shingo Takano (Tokyo).
