ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,319,363, issued on June 3, was assigned to Streamliners Inc. (Monson, Mass.).

"System and apparatus for reducing the aerodynamic drag of a vehicle or trailer" was invented by Stephen Edward Tongue (Hampden, Mass.) and Joseph Robert Hamm (Monson, Mass.).
