ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,492,307, issued on Dec. 9, was assigned to Stora Enso OYJ (Helsinki).
"Process for preparing a resin" was invented by Ben Nasli Bakir (Saltsjo-boo, Sweden), Ashar Zafar (Alta, Sweden), Jesper Ekstrom (Johanneshov, Sweden) and Dimitri Areskogh (Bromma, Sweden).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to an improved process for preparing an aqueous dispersion of lignin and the use of said suspension in the preparation of a resin."
The patent was filed on Oct. 7, 2019, under Application No. 17/281,646.
