ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,356,725, issued on July 8, was assigned to STMicroelectronics (Rousset) SAS (Rousset, France).

"Integrated circuit including standard cells and at least one capacitive filling structure" was invented by Abderrezak Marzaki (Aix en Provence, France) and Jean-Marc Voisin (Chateauneuf-le-Rouge, France).
