ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,325,969, issued on June 10, was assigned to STATIONS-E (Boussy-Saint-Antoine, France).

"Modular concrete foundation" was invented by Alain Rolland (Quincy sous Senart, France).
