ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,229,938, issued on Feb. 18, was assigned to STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY (Bloomington, Ill.).
"Systems and methods for utilizing machine-assisted vehicle inspection to identify insurance buildup or fraud" was invented by Ryan Knuffman (Danvers, Ill.), Bradley A. Sliz (Normal, Ill.) and Lucas Allen (East Peoria, Ill.).
