ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,240,800, issued on March 4, was assigned to Stamicarbon B.V. (Sittard, Netherlands).
"Multiproduct low biuret urea production" was invented by Branislav Manic (Maastricht, Netherlands) and Rahul Patil (Maastricht, Netherlands).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Embodiments pertain to a urea plant and to the operation of a urea plant in a reduced load mode. In embodiments, two evaporators in parallel are used, connected to a finishing section respectively to a melamine plant."
The patent was filed on Nov. 22, 2023, under Application No. 18/692,124.
