ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,340,345, issued on June 24, was assigned to Stadium Enterprises LLC (Wilmington, Del.).

"Inventory management and transfer system" was invented by John McPheters (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and Jed Stiller (Hoboken, N.J.).
