US Patent Issued to Stack AV on June 3 for "Platoon behaviors that influence drivers of other vehicles" (Pennsylvania Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,319,284, issued on June 3, was assigned to Stack AV Co. (Mount Pleasant, Pa.).

"Platoon behaviors that influence drivers of other vehicles" was invented by Tekin Alp Mericli (Pittsburgh) and Alonzo James Kelly (Edgeworth, Pa.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Methods and apparatus for platoon behaviors that discourage other vehicles from interfering."
